FOCUS PAPER MACHINE - Moisture Control System uniformly humidifies the paper web while delivering an optimal cross-machine moisture profile.  By humidifying one side of the paper web, it effectively minimizes longitudinal ridging.  Additionally, after web breaks or during startup following grade changes, it enables faster production of qualified paper.  While enhancing paper quality, it simultaneously improves the winding performance of the rewinder, thereby reducing trim loss.  It also allows the paper to achieve higher moisture content or faster machine speeds at the winding section (suitable for paper machines with a maximum speed of 1500 meters per minute and a maximum web width of 8.5 meters).

Adjustable thermocompressor
The character of adjustable thermocompressor is its own equipped adjusting mechanism and thermocompressor nozzle section regulating valve core, then no need to set up regulating valve on steam-entering pipeline. When the machine operation condition and working steam parameters changes, the adjusting mechanism of thermocompressor could adjust and change the steam area which go through nozzle, to realize the adjusting of the working condition of thermocompressor, then meet the requirements of steam. In the process of adjusting, it could keep the steam pressure constant before entering nozzle, and just change the steam flow through the nozzle,That is the power capability of each unit of working steam is constant. So the adjustable thermocompressor has the advantages of good performance and high efficiency. It could overcome the shortcomings of unadjustable thermocompressor, such as power shortage of working steam and injection coefficient decreasing caused by changing operation condition, which could improve the machine speed, increase the yield, reduce the energy consumption, and optimize the running.


Nip controllable crown soft calender

Zone controllable middle and high rollers can finely adjust the width difference of paper web thickness.

Good finishing effect can be obtained by using high temperature soft calendering.

Since the linear pressure in the nip and the temperature of the hot roll can be precisely controlled separately, the surface quality of the finished paper web is greatly improved, and the difference between the two sides and the width is very small.

Shoe Pressure

With the rapid development of the paper industry and the rapid increase of the speed of the paper machine, there are higher requirements for the dehydration effect of the press section.

As a new type of design, shoe press can achieve gentle dehydration of paper sheets and improve press dryness. At the same time, it adopts a special press design, which greatly reduces energy demand, thereby reducing operating costs, and is favored by customers.

Compared with the roller press, the dryness of the paper surface of the shoe press is obviously improved, and the bulk is higher, and the felt pattern is shallower.

Practice has proved that the shoe press technology is the most advanced dehydration technology for cardboard, packaging paper and cultural paper. It has great advantages in changing the longitudinal pressure and independently adjusting the nip width and line pressure.
