1st 5500mm boxboard paper production line in Southeast Asia

In 1996, successfully built the first 5,500-width writing paper production line in Southeast Asia for a Vietnamese customer.

In this project, FOCUS MACHINERY successfully applied the new heat pump, film transfer sizing machine, and zone controllable calender to the project with the help of its professional ability and experience.

Compared with the traditional immersion sizing machine, the film transfer sizing machine can greatly reduce the steam consumption. By metering the sizing, it can reduce the breakage of the weak point of the paper, thereby greatly reducing holes and paper breaks. The pressure of the stick is reduced, the grinding cycle is extended, the production stability is improved, and the thickness of the finger, the surface strength and the flatness are greatly improved.

Conventional heat pump systems use high pressure steam for compression and recirculation of uncondensed steam from the dryer section. FOCUS new high-efficiency heat pumps have proven to reduce high-pressure steam consumption and lead to a significant increase in heat pump efficiency. Through advanced fluid power model calculations, FOCUS's new heat pump makes steam use more efficiently.

The zone-controllable soft calender can improve the surface smoothness of paper, improve adaptability, and maintain good bulk.
