The first 50% water-saving coating production line

In 2000, successfully helped a Bangladeshi customer to build the first carbonless copy paper coating production line. This production line was designed according to the actual geographical conditions of Bangladesh and successfully helped the customer save 50% of water consumption.

Air flotation hot air drying oven, one-time forming aluminum alloy or stainless steel air nozzle, good uprightness, high forming precision, can ensure uniform air supply on the entire blowing surface. The lateral blowing speed can be adjusted in different areas, so as to flexibly adjust the deviation of lateral moisture. The hot air can be recycled, and the waste heat recovery device is used to recover the waste heat of the exhaust gas, which can make full use of heat energy. Choose different tuyere structure, blowing temperature and speed to meet different paper and process requirements.
